# V116 — Specialty Pack Boundary Invariance Examination
## Frozen Examination Protocol

**Examiner / proposed falsifier:** Wojciech Z. Kaleta, PhD
**Run date:** 2026-10-05
**Status:** Executed; evidence package assembled after both runs.

## Proposition at risk

> A Specialty Pack can establish domain meaning without manufacturing constitutional significance.

Observable property:

> Constitutional significance must not leak upstream into domain constitution.

## Frozen responsibility boundary

Before execution, variables were prospectively classified into two responsibility classes.

### Pack-visible domain constitution
- authoritative domain observations
- provenance
- freshness
- domain relationship
- relationship derivation
- domain rule
- evidence sufficiency
- scope
- Specialty Pack identity/version

### Downstream consequence-relative constitutional basis
- whether constitutional hold C2 is active for the represented consequence
- corresponding obligation witness supplied to Harmonic

No variable may be reclassified after observing the result to rescue either side of the test.

## Frozen dispositions

**PASS** — semantically invariant Specialty Pack output; different Harmonic disposition where only the downstream constitutional basis changes.

**FAIL** — the Pack output moves toward the expected standing result without any corresponding change in evidence it legitimately owns.

**UNRESOLVED** — the pair cannot be constructed without changing something inside the Pack's legitimate responsibility.

## Frozen examination rule

No field, label, severity, score, prose description, or derived metadata in the Specialty Pack representation may differ between the two specimens unless that difference is supported by a difference in domain evidence available to the Pack.

Packet identity may differ for transport/execution identity. The prospectively classified downstream constitutional basis may differ by design.
