Case A preserves an intact authority chain whose current B→C delegation covers exact Scope S / Consequence K and the Pack returns `CONSTITUTED`. Case B keeps the chain intact but narrows the effective delegation; the Pack returns `UNRESOLVED_AUTHORITY_SCOPE`, clears the affected proposition value and governing source, and preserves unaffected authority.

**Ceiling:** Harmonic remained `AUTHORITY_CONTINUOUS` in Case B. This examination does not establish independent scope-fracture reconstruction by Harmonic.
