Engineering Verification Record

Test the implementation. Preserve the boundary.

A public summary of version-bounded repository verification for Harmonic's constitutional runtime and execution-governance surfaces. Engineering tests establish only what their fixtures, versions, and recorded conditions support.

Evidence Class

Engineering verification is its own evidentiary layer.

Repository tests are first-party implementation evidence. A passing test can establish a bounded property of the implementation under the test's declared fixture and version. It does not establish certification, regulatory compliance, independent validation, production-world performance, or consequential-deployment fitness.

Claim ceiling: success at this layer does not silently inherit standing at the Harmonic Validation Protocol layer or the Independent Evidence Registry.

Current Record

V4.1 runtime and test coherence surface.

The current repository coherence record explicitly identifies the following executable checks as passing after the V4.1 runtime/test alignment. This public page preserves that recorded claim; it does not widen the claim beyond the cited regression surface.

Preserved Historical Results

Earlier verification surfaces remain inspectable as versioned artifacts.

V3_8_TEST_RESULTS.txt

Preserves the V3.8 interface-contract freeze verification, including PASS results and an explicit archive limitation for the reconstructable-transaction test because its required SQL fixture was absent from the supplied source archive.

V22_TEST_RESULTS.txt

Preserves governed-execution-binding checks, including escalation-before-execution behavior and response-binding violations.

V21_TEST_RESULTS.txt

Preserves authority-state taxonomy verification and the recorded successor-escalation scenario.

V18_TEST_RESULTS.txt

Preserves syntax/implementation checks across shared, evaluation, governance-pack, account, console-summary, and entitlement surfaces.

V11_TEST_RESULTS.txt

Preserves evaluation, replay, continuity-state, and canonical vector test results.

UPGRADE_TEST_RESULTS.txt

Preserves the recorded replay syntax verification for its historical upgrade surface.

Failure Preservation

Unavailable evidence is not converted into success.

Archive limitations remain visible

Where a historical test could not execute because a required migration or fixture was absent from the supplied archive, the record preserves that limitation instead of inventing a result.

Repairs create new evidence

A failure, limitation, or discovered defect is preserved before repair. A subsequent passing test establishes a new version-bounded result; it does not rewrite the earlier record.
