Deployment paths
Harmonic can govern customer-built applications and third-party AI systems, including applications using Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or another provider. The customer must control—or have sufficient integration authority over—the execution path being governed.
Your application or integration layer sends the proposed action and attributable current state to Harmonic before execution. A valid Harmonic decision remains mandatory for the governed consequence.
When an enterprise has models and workflows but needs an interaction and orchestration layer, Solace can structure the proposal and route the execution decision through Harmonic.
When the enterprise needs an operational relationship agent, Veil can perform the defined institutional role while Harmonic governs its consequential executions.
MCAI provides the governance mechanism. The customer remains the domain authority. Each production API key is assigned to a defined governed execution scope to maintain clean attribution, evidence lineage, and operational isolation. All consequential executions within that Harmonic-governed scope must pass through the Harmonic execution boundary.
Standard production implementation begins at $25,000 one time. Complex integrations, enhanced contractual SLA/support, and custom infrastructure are scoped separately. A qualifying pilot may receive a $10,000 credit toward the first annual Enterprise agreement when production begins within 60 days.
Standard product enablement does not include unlimited access to MCAI advisory or implementation personnel. The following services require a separate statement of work or order form:
On-site services require prior written approval. Professional time, travel time, and reasonable approved travel expenses—including airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and meals—are billed separately.
