Persisted application evidence ยท Published October 11, 2026
Governance in the application workflow.
39 preserved SolaceMed records show state-dependent application gating and later Harmonic-controlled response presentation in demo clinical encounters.
State changes changed the disposition
A respiratory encounter moved from conditional discharge review to escalation after worsening respiratory findings. An ankle encounter moved from insufficient information to conditional progression after structured evidence was added. These earlier traces identify local application governance.
Harmonic controlled response release
On September 11, a generated model assessment was followed by Harmonic REFUSED/refuse and blocked final presentation, with determination and receipt identifiers recorded. On September 8, a runtime-version contract mismatch also blocked presentation.
Evidence boundary
This is participant-supplied persisted application evidence, retrospectively analyzed. The boundary is model invocation and response presentation. Earlier local and OIM behavior remains distinct from later external Harmonic enforcement. Actual clinical execution and a native Harmonic PERMITTED release positive control are not established by this export.
