The Pack detected that the current empowerment path from frozen R₀ no longer reached C and cleared both proposition value and governing source rather than allowing C's unchanged authority instrument to continue governing.
Preserved caveat: Harmonic's authority_continuity primitive still reported AUTHORITY_CONTINUOUS in Case B. V120 therefore does not establish independent authority-chain reconstruction by Harmonic.
