Harmonic by Solace

SCGA-BS-003 → BS-005

Preserved examination lineage.

Three prospective examinations of one narrow execution-boundary proposition. Failed predecessors remain failed. The supported successor stands only on evidence earned under its own frozen criterion.

Evidence record only. This public rendering summarizes the preserved repository record. It does not modify Harmonic runtime behavior, primitive semantics, request contracts, or execution policy.

Claim boundary ultimately supported

Historical validity did not silently retain consequential standing after the examined material change.

Under the BS-005 frozen examination, the controlled material state transition invalidated the prior-state standing required for the same consequence. This is a bounded implementation finding, not a claim that Harmonic detects every material change in reality and not a claim about downstream real-world execution enforcement.

Lineage

Preserved fail

SCGA-BS-003

Positive control: REFUSED. The native packet omitted the required obligation witness.

Negative: REFUSED. Target survived this test.

Falsifier: Not triggered.

Final reading: Full discrimination was not established. The positive control was constitutionally incomplete. No rerun, repair, or remap.

Frozen criterion fail

SCGA-BS-004

Positive control: expected PERMITTED; observed CONSTRAINED / admissible=true / action=constrain.

Negative: REFUSED / admissible=false. Target survived this test.

Falsifier: Not triggered.

Final reading: Full counterfactual discrimination was not established because the frozen positive-control criterion required PERMITTED. Later source review explained the mismatch; it did not rewrite the result.

Supported

SCGA-BS-005

Positive control: CONSTRAINED / admissible=true / action=constrain — PASS under the frozen BS-005 criterion.

Negative: REFUSED / admissible=false / action=refuse after one controlled material state transition.

Falsifier: Not triggered.

Final reading: Supported survival condition satisfied for the frozen proposition.

What changed across the examinations

The successor was constituted prospectively.

BS-003 reached current Understanding, Reality Contact, and Authority Continuity, but its positive control failed closed at Obligation Continuity because the required obligation witness was not provided. BS-004 prospectively closed that missing-obligation issue.

In BS-004, the positive control reached UNDERSTANDING_CURRENT, CONTACT_CONFIRMED, AUTHORITY_CONTINUOUS, OBLIGATIONS_SATISFIED, and BOUNDARY_ELEVATED, then returned runtime CONDITIONALLY_ADMISSIBLE / admissible=true / action=constrain. Because the frozen criterion required PERMITTED, the positive control remained a failure.

Subsequent source inspection established that the surviving high_consequence_level warning is native to the examined high-consequence class and drives the constrained-but-admissible disposition. That explained the mismatch without retroactively changing BS-004. BS-005 was then constituted prospectively against the established native high-consequence contract.

BS-005 supported result

The material state transition was the controlling discriminator in the negative specimen.

BS-005 production persistence

The production record now exposes the execution fingerprints.

The preserved database identifies the specimens directly as SCGA-BS-005-PC-001 and SCGA-BS-005-NEG-001. Both ran on runtime 4.1.0 with Governance Pack 1.10.0-v4.1-governance-visibility-upgrade.

The complete recovered record includes request/trace IDs, runtime-input snapshots, all primitive versions and hashes, response-binding hashes, source-runtime-artifact hashes, and infrastructure persistence timestamps. No unrecovered receipt hash is asserted.

What this establishes

A narrow implementation finding, not a universal claim.

The BS-005 evidence supports the proposition that, in the examined native governed disposition path, a historically valid state did not silently retain consequential standing after the controlled material state transition invalidated the prior-state standing required for the same consequence.

This record does not establish:

Preservation rule

Append-only in meaning.

  1. A failed or indeterminate predecessor remains where it landed.
  2. A successor must be constituted prospectively.
  3. A successor result does not confer standing backward onto its predecessor.
  4. Claim language must remain bounded to the evidence actually earned.

Preserved BS-003 identifiers

Known artifact identities remain explicit.

This repository snapshot records the adjudicative findings, the known BS-003 artifact identities, and the recovered BS-005 production-persistence fingerprints. It does not manufacture or reconstruct missing frozen BS-004/BS-005 raw execution bundles.

Later successor evidence

V113 extends the public examination record without rewriting this lineage.

The BS-003 → BS-005 record above remains bounded to its own frozen criteria. A later prospectively constituted examination, V113 Complete Information Successor Examination, tested a complete-information temporal-standing discrimination pair at the governed-response boundary. V109 and V112 remain preserved predecessor examinations; V113 does not retroactively alter their results.
